I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel opposite Hartford station and I must say, it exceeded all of my high expectations. Despite my late check-in, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless arrival. the room itself was not only spacious and comfortable but also had complimentary tea and coffee facilities, which was a delightful touch that made me feel right at home. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and exceptional service provided by the staff, making my experience at this hotel truly outstanding.
